Boringgg

So last night I went and had a delicious burrito from Moe's Southwest Grill. I had a Joey Junior with black bleans, chicken, lettuce, jalepenos, onions, and salsa- so delicious :) I then went and saw Bad Teacher with a really good friend, Chip. I came home and did a little internet browsing; doing everything but working on this blog!

I woke up this morning around 845 a.m., which is really late for me. But hey, it's summer, so it's okay! I got up and cranked my music listening to a little J. Beib ;) and got ready for the day. I headed to the gym to walk a few miles, just to get my blood pumping. I enjoyed the lovely Better Homes and Gardens while on my walk and then watched a little tennis. Now I'm babysitting these wonderful children again! I can't decided what I want to eat. I know I have a tough workout ahead today, so I need some good fuel!

So, why is it necessary to interact with people. Sometimes I just wish I could be alone always, but I saw a quote the other day that said "Isolation is sickness" and I am trying to live by that, ha, because I am such a homebody!

P.s. What a scorcher today!!

Whew!

Man I just got home from the gym! Brandon put me through hell today, honestly, but it was amazing. I love feeling like I'm actually changing (morphing?) my body while I'm putting in hard work. I started by riding the bike for 5 minutes just to warm up my legs, then Brandon Aiken put me through an hour long circuit workout. I finished by riding the bike for 15 minutes then walked- I alternated walking 5% incline for 5 minutes then 15% incline for 5 minutes for a total of 30 minutes at 4 mph. I came home and had a delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein shake :) Nowwwww I need to shower, but I HATE IT!



I think Moe's is calling my name for a delicious burrito and drink... only $5 --> I think YES!!!

SO MANY ideas!

I love that I've started a blog, even though I'm not so sure anyone is interested in what I do, or have to say, but I'm doing it anyway! Right now I'm enjoying this lovely pure protein bar before I head to the gym to get my fitness on. It's amazing the difference it makes when you get some good carbs and protein before a workout. I have so much energy and I don't really get tired like I used to before I started eating before my workouts. I don't know what my trainer has planned for me today, but I will definitely fill you in!

Does anyone have any tips for Blogs? I feel like I have so much work to do before I can even have a chance of anyone wanting to follow me on here... Ideas would be appreciated! I'm trying to update and fill out everything I can now, but it takes a lot of time. I don't know how some people do this!

Summer Rush

I can't believe it's already the 27th of June. During the school year, all I do is wish the time away so that I'm able to relax for the summer. Well, what a mistake. I had to take a Maymester and a Summer 1 class, so as of last Tuesday my summer started. Now that it has began I am enjoying the free time, but where has the time gone? I only have a little more than a month before pre-season starts! YIKES. Entering my senior year of college is so bittersweet. There are a lot of decisions I need to make within the next couple weeks and can only trust in the Lord to guide me towards the correct path to choose! Babysitting these kids is a blast, and easy money!

On to more interesting news... My day started with a large glass of water and a bowl of instant Cream of Wheat Maple and Brown Sugar :)Lots of fiber and protein and only 140 calories! I had a glass of green tea, and can't wait for lunch!!!


Don't you love just waking up to "good morning" texts? I DO
