Man I just got home from the gym! Brandon put me through hell today, honestly, but it was amazing. I love feeling like I'm actually changing (morphing?) my body while I'm putting in hard work. I started by riding the bike for 5 minutes just to warm up my legs, then Brandon Aiken put me through an hour long circuit workout. I finished by riding the bike for 15 minutes then walked- I alternated walking 5% incline for 5 minutes then 15% incline for 5 minutes for a total of 30 minutes at 4 mph. I came home and had a delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein shake :) Nowwwww I need to shower, but I HATE IT!
I think Moe's is calling my name for a delicious burrito and drink... only $5 --> I think YES!!!
